Terms of service are subject to change without prior notice. However, updates will be dated.By purchasing art from me you agree to my Terms of Service. Please read carefully!
I. Payment◆ I have every right to refuse a commission.◆ Prices are listed in USD currency and payment methods are to be discussed in DM.◆ Payment must be made 50% upfront and the other 50% after Refined Sketch approvals have been made. OR clients may make the full payment upfront (100%)◆ The artist will not work on the commission until they have been paid, whether it is the first 50% or the full 100%.◆ Clients may discuss with the artist for payment plans.◆ Payment MUST be sent within 14 days of commission request. Failure to do so will result in the commission's cancellation.◆ Clients may request for a refund ONLY if the artist has not delivered their services or contacted the client within 3 months.◆ Cancellation of the commission AFTER the Refined Sketch is approved may warrant a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will depend on how much progress is already done for the commission at the time of cancellation.◆ Prices listed are the base price and may increase depending on the complexity of the commission. Clients may discuss with the artist about the final price before the commission.◆ Payment invoice/request will be sent to the client. Please ONLY pay AFTER the price is discussed AND the payment invoice/request is sent. Any payment done before this will be treated as a donation.---II. Copyright and Usage Policy◆ By commissioning the artist, the client purchases only the artist’s labour. Copyright to the illustration itself is not transferred to the commissioner. The artist retains all rights to the work, including, but not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion.◆ Clients CANNOT use the artist's work for commercial purposes or edit the artist's work without the artist's permission.◆ Clients may not claim the commissioned piece as their own.◆ Clients may post or use the commissioned piece as a profile picture/banner freely, IF proper credits are given.◆ Promotional use is x2 the total price, and Commercial use is x3 the total price.---III. Process◆ The client will provide visual references for the commission. Descriptive text/words will not be accepted.◆ Please do not rush the artist.◆ The artist will not work on the commission until they have been paid the first 50% or the full 100%.◆ The client may change the character drawn if they have not received any progress from the artist yet (Rough Sketch). Changing the character after receiving the sketch may result in a fee depending on the progress of the commission.◆ Rough Sketch. The artist will create a rough sketch of the character for the client's approval, focusing on the composition and character posing of the commission. The client may freely request major revisions (for the same character) during this time.◆ Refined Sketch. The artist will refine the approved Rough Sketch to ensure that the details and features of the character are correct. Clients may freely request minor revisions during this time. Major changes will result in a fee. Once approved, the client will need to pay the REMAINING 50%.◆ Finished work. The client may request minor revisions ONLY if the artist has made a mistake or missed a detail. Major changes will not be allowed.◆ Final work. If there are no minor revisions left, the artist will send the client the digital image file of the commissioned piece.◆ The artist reserves the right to determine what is a major or minor revision and will inform the client of this determination. It may be discussed between the two, however, the artist will have the final say on the matter.
